We are looking for an Architect to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, elevations, and sections. They will also be responsible for creating 3D models, renderings, and presentations. This on-site role requires the candidate to be based in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of BIM and other digital design tools
- Relevant qualifications in architecture or related field
